PEOPLEASE uses The Work Number® to provide automated employment and income verification for our clients’ employees.  Rapid verification is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

TO VERIFY EMPLOYMENT OR INCOME:

1. Visit www.theworknumber.com or call 1-800-367-5690
2. Click “Get Started Now” and select the appropriate option
3. Provide Employer Name or Code (PEOPLEASE Employer Code is 17760) and Employee’s Social Security Number

DOT VERIFICATION

PEOPLEASE is unable to provide DOT verification files. To obtain DOT verification, contact the specific transportation company for which an employee drove.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION
All workplace accidents must be reported within 24 hours, even if there are no apparent injuries.

EMPLOYEE FORM W2s

2020 W2 forms will be mailed to the employee address on file no later than January 31,2021.  Additionally, an electronic copy of the document will be available for download in your Employee Self-Service Portal by January 31, 2021.
